Q: What is a mochi donut? A: Mochi donut is a cross between your regular donut with Japanese mochi, a chewy rice cake. Our mochi donuts are made with tapioca flour and glutinous rice flour, coated with your favorite toppings. Q: Do you have any gluten free, dairy free, or vegan options? A: Unforunately, no. Although our mochi donuts are made with tapioca flour and glutinous rice flour, a small amount of wheat and dairy products are included in our ingredients as well. We also have assorted toppings on our mochidonuts which make them not gluten free. Q: Do you accept pre orders? A: Yes! For larger orders, a pre order should be made at least one day before pick up. You can message us through our social media info@stlmochidonutfactory.com or call us. Q: Can we call ahead for small orders? A: Yes! If you're running late and want to grab some donuts before we close, feel free to call ahead at 636-422-1401 and we'll have your order ready. All you have to do is come in and pay. Q: Do you deliver? A: Yes! You can now order through DoorDash for delivery. Q:Do you change flavors weekly? A: We have 12 signature flavors and will rotate out 2 new flavors every few weeks.
